To identify and take full advantage of opportunities that lie waiting in a market, a company has to position its offering correctly and align internal processes, systems, and people to streamline delivery.  Many companies often either fail to collect enough market data, or fail to take that market data back to product development to ensure a fully accepted product.  Similarly, many companies struggle against precedence and culture to rearrange and redesign resources and systems from within to deliver a new offering in a competitive manner.  And finally, far too many are blind-sided by the activity of competitors.  Our co-directional approach from the outside-in, and the inside-out helps to discover, position, and maximize resources and opportunities.
